"Worst hotel experience of my life.
On my first night, I found hair in the shower and it looked like someone had used the toilet and it was never cleaned. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned before my arrival, so I wasn’t even able to shower that night like I normally would.
The next morning, housekeeping finally cleaned the bathroom. Before leaving for the funeral I was in town for, I asked the staff to change my sheets while I was gone. I returned around 6 PM and it still hadn’t been done. At that point, they moved me to another room.
The second room didn’t even have face towels. When I went downstairs to ask for some, first they gave me foot mats, and then when I went back, I was told the hotel was OUT OF TOWELS. How is a hotel out of towels? Completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the hallway lights near the new room were out too. Who is running this place? Multiple rooms in our family group had issues during our stay. After all of this, they only offered me a 15% discount for the first night.
This was a horrible experience for me and my family, especially while we were already in town for a funeral. I would not stay here again."
