"Our family loved our stay. The lobby is gorgeous and the staff is wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Our only complaint was the plumbing. When the folks above us ran their shower the pipes made a loud banging noise that made it hard to sleep. "

"Room hot. Air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Maintenance called. They had to pull filter. It was black with filth. Very dangerous health hazard. Did not replace filter. Had to sleep without filter in air conditioner. Also dangerous health hazard."

"Hotel was clean and exactly as listed! Breakfast was perfect with waffles, eggs, French toast, cereal, yogurt and various breads. The bar tender, Stephen, was amazing!!!! He offered suggestions as to some great places to visit and also made fantastic cocktails! This hotel was only a few blocks from 4th Street Live! Great place to stay! Will definitely be going back! "Our overnight stay at Fairfield was wonderful. We were greeted by front desk clerk Miari who handled our check in quickly. She had the best attitude, was extremely friendly and had a vibrant personality. We arrived for the busy marathon weekend and thought she handled the demands of that quite well. We were surprised to learn she had only been on the job three weeks. Breakfast offered a large selection of options. Staff was attentive and kept the food plentiful. Check out was seamless...
