"The check-in process was very slow and we had to wait much longer than we were promised before the room was ready. Access to the property was tedious as there was one guard checking every vehicle and manually opening and closing the door for each vehicle. When we decided to get off the Uber to access the property, the guard insisted that we can only access the property with the car. This was redicylous."

"Dint even get to check in as the front staff was to rude and wanted to fight us on all topics . No real manager to speak of . We then asked for a phone number and name of manager to at least call to get some answers and they refused . Hotel not in good shape and not as advertised. Shaddy location and staff. I would not recommend booking or staying here . Even refused my refund for the stay . Luckily expedia did back us up and refunded us with there credit system . Good enough I guess... thanks...

"There’s no sign of the property other than the house number so check for it. We Uber from the airport PEN25, Airport taxi cost PEN40. The room was cramped with beds, the toilet look clean but the smell of urine was very strong that we can smell it in the whole room. We were there on Saturday night there’s the loud music and noises all the night till 6AM, not sure if it’s only on weekend as we saw in the morning the noises was coming from the neighbor across the street looked like they had been...

"It was clean. Breakfast was brought up to the room in the morning. Close to restraunts and shops. Staff was friendly and helpful. Safe place to stay. "

"The room was satisfactory. The area around this hotel is quite loud. Even with closing the windows it’s difficult to block out the noise at night. The breakfast bar is satisfactory at best. The staff is lovely, but it’s difficult to communicate in English. Certainly not the fault of the staff, but it was a bit inconvenient. We used the translation feature on our phones when asking questions. The location is closer to the airport, but our next visit we will stay in MiraFlores. For anyone...
