"Staff were very helpful and the shuttle to and from the airport was fast and worked perfectly! Eating dinner at the hotel was very yummy and Pedro took great care of us! Breakfast is offered in the morning and Bruno also gave us quick and amazing service. I would 10/10 recommend! Also the AC is fabulous and bathrooms were very clean."

"Denis was an incredible host! He was right there at the airport to pick me up with a sign bearing my name. He made a wonderful fresh breakfast for his guests the next morning and took me to the Larco Museum the next day. He brought me back to the airport at 0430 with a smile when I had to depart! Please understand that this is a basic room, but that was all I needed. He was very nice."

"I want to give this place a good review because the staff were so friendly but honestly, I don't recommend staying here unless you can sleep through anything. The plane sounds are so loud it sounds like its going to crash into the place. The floor in our room was super dirty. And the neighborhood is very run down and sketchy looking. The only plus were the nice staff and punctual private taxi arranged for us. "

"We booked this hotel due to us having a lengthy layover in Lima. Didn’t want to wait in a crowded airport, and wanted to shower before our heading back home. Taxi ride was roughly 20 minutes from the airport due to traffic. Hotel was clean, and the staff were really polite and helpful. They even offered us complimentary welcome drinks of our choice, and it even included breakfast. Would highly recommend."

"There’s no sign of the property other than the house number so check for it. We Uber from the airport PEN25, Airport taxi cost PEN40. The room was cramped with beds, the toilet look clean but the smell of urine was very strong that we can smell it in the whole room. We were there on Saturday night there’s the loud music and noises all the night till 6AM, not sure if it’s only on weekend as we saw in the morning the noises was coming from the neighbor across the street looked like they had been...

"I spent time in 3 different hotels in my 2-week stay in Peru (Lima & Cusco), and Tierra Viva Miraflores Mendiburu was by far my favorite. Great location and value. Only gripe is the weaker breakfast offering, but other than that, no complaints at all. I highly recommend it! "
