"There are no staff on site. The room was okay but lights weren’t working, the heater made loud noises every hour or so, the reception receipt says the restaurant closes at 20.30 when it closed at 18.00. Also I booked to use the pool and it was closed when I went to use it. "

"Po przyjeździe małe zaskoczenie - hotel nie miał naszej rezerwacji, na szczęście był wolny pokój, a rano mieliśmy potwierdzić warunki w recepcji. Niezbyt komfortowa sytuacja. Pokój czysty, w świetnym stanie, ładny widok na jezioro Jamno. Śniadania smaczne, obfite, kilka potraw na ciepło i dobra kawa. Sauna i basen dostępne bez ograniczeń.
