"Breakfast was great if everything worked. No pancakes. Juice machine didn’t work. Coffee bar not working."

"The room was horribly humid the whole 2 day stay. They don't refresh towels and linens at all, we had to ask for them at the desk. The carpet in the room was sticky and nasty to walk on and should be replaced. The staff were nice, but should have cracked down on the screaming kids running around the halls."

"Nice, basic long-term stay hotel. In a very nice area right off the interstate. Was built fairly recently so it was a little more run down than I expected in some areas. Part of the counter laminate in my room was coming off and the walls/stairs were dinged up. Fitness room has a couple treadmills, an elliptical and functional trainer/cable machine with weight stacks but there was no bench, dumbbells, or mats which was disappointing. "Right next to the Vibrant Music Hall. Lord Huron was playing there on July 19. Just a 2 minute walk across the parking lot. Bed was comfy. Shower was roomy. Room was clean with lots of towels. Fast free WiFi."

"The bathroom was not as clean as you would expect. Stains in toilet, shower wasn't really clean. Cobwebs in the main part of the room, hanging off lights. Refrigerator wasn't very cold. The TV turned on in the middle of the night, remote was on night stand. The breakfast service didn't start until 8am. On a weekend. So wasn't able to use that perk."

"Everything was clean. The room was comfortable. The only issue I had was the lack of information. There was no map or anything to show you where the exercise room was or the layout of the hotel.You could order room service but you really didn't know should you use an app or should you call there's no information there to direct you or assist you and trying to determine what the valet's number is. Besides that everything else was great."

"Overall, this day was OK unfortunately there were some neighbors and I could hear their dogs, but I know that that’s not the hotel’s fault. I will say, though that there was staining on the couches and the couch bed. It’s about 2 inches thick once you’re sitting on it so not ideal but we made it work."
