The staff was frriendly. The room waa clean and comfortable. As an extended stay, I did ecpect utensils and pots/pans etc in the room, were not provided. Everything else was great.

Didn’t know that it’s an extended stay facility, but a one bedroom studio apartment was great in term of space and good size refrigerator/ microwave. It’s also have a glass top burner but no pots and pans so we didn’t use it. It didn’t provide shampoos or lotions or even tissues, but has bath towels, There was a sign to take out our garbage or be fined $50.

The location of the hotel was just off the interstate. It was far enough away that the noise from traffic never bothered us. We never even heard it to be honest! The staff was awesome. The two gentlemen who clean the lobby, hallways, and parking lot do a wonderful job and they both have excellent attitudes! Now for the parts we did not enjoy: Our room smelled like feet heavily for the few couple days (I think this was caused by the air conditioner because the smell finally went away as we used it after some heavy usage). The floor in our room was sticky the whole time so we rarely took our socks off. The whole property smelled like a certain plant that people roll up and smoke heavily the whole time we were there (a week). We didn’t enjoy having to leave the hotel to escape that smell because we could rarely be at the hotel. This place is not super family friendly because it’s more geared toward contractors to stay at while they’re working in town.

The property was very clean and accessible. Pricing was good as well. There was absolutely nothing in the room. It is extended stay, but we thought there would be a coffee pot, a few dishes, etc... You had to pay for anything you might want or buy your own.

A good place to stay, but...

The room was clean and well appointed for the price, with a decent kitchenette. What they don't tell you is that if you want any dishes or cooking utensils, they cost extra. And the laundry facilities operate on quarters, but there's no change machine. You can get quarters from the front desk, but they only sell them by the $10 roll.

Staff was professional and friendly, hotel as a whole was clean with exception to the laundry room, which was not clean, & machines were dirty inside, as well as several machines out of order. No change machine to get change for machines, also paid 75 cents for detergent that did not come out of machine & front desk closed in evening, so nobody to help you if something is wrong. Also a man camped out in his folding chair inside the side door under the stairway sleeping, & was also out back of the building I'm guessing after they removed him from inside, he did not make me feel real safe or comfortable. All in all, I loved the room I had, & staff was kind, & helpful when there.

After a rather interesting check in process, everything was good! We arrived a little after 10pm and the front desk was already closed for the night with no way to contact anyone to check in. Found a number on Expedia and finally got someone on site to come check us in (they came down in their pajamas). Once we got checked in, we had a great stay!

Front desk closes at 6 so if you check in late you’re locked out unless a guest lets you in. When we stayed there were parties all night long into early morning on 1st floor. No driers or products in the room so be prepared. No front desk if you need extra towels, etc. I won’t stay here again but they will take care of you if you call the number and use extension to get help.
