"The hotel is across the street from the south side of the beautiful Drake University so only a 3 block walk to the football/track stadium. The hotel is now about 5 years old. Everything is nice BUT if you want to wash your hands in the bathroom sink, well good luck! The spout is set sooo far back on the countertop, and the faucet spout is sooo short the water barely runs into the sink. There's noooo room to get your fingers behind the water to wash them. It's the same in EVERY room. OTHERS have reviewed the same, so that tells me that corporate doesn't give a dam!!! Just keep taking our money and don't give or fix anything. There are 2 simple fixes but after 5 years, you know the rest of the story. Just another "do nothing" company."
