"1. Took a very long time to confirm the booking, the reception couldn't see any bookings from Hotels.com. 2. "a lovely property with the most amazing staff especially the manager Mr Peehann. Start with the property which was lovely, comfortable and clean with decent sized rooms. "Such a lovely place to Stay. On south bank of river away from centre so super quiet. Bit of a problem until river works finish next month as no bamboo bridge.
