"My room was spacious with a balcony, the river view description was overstated. The staff were efficient and helpful with tours and things to see. The facilities were clean. There was a good selection of fruit for breakfast"

"I felt the unique warmth and simple beauty of the Laotian heart in everything—from Puna’s charming smile at the airport, to Vanh’s warm welcome, the simple and warm smiles of the staff, and the owner’s flexibility during my extended stay. Above all, there was a sense of family and connection among themselves, and this heartwarming atmosphere made my stay at Thongbay Guesthouse comfortable. "プールと直結されている非常に良い部屋でした。 1人部屋としては十分であり、スタッフも笑顔が素敵でした！"

"I loved it! I found it during a morning walk and booked two nights. I then went to Vang Vieng for a few nights and came back to Luang Prabang for a second stay at this nice place. I would stay here every time. Be and Nith were great, bfast was good and healthy. Walkable and super quiet area close to everything. Thank you so much!"

"Super nice stay with the friendliest staff. I would come back any time. Great location too! Thank you so much!!!"

"Good location, the place very nice and clean Staffs are very friendly"

"The staff were amazing and the food was great if you didn't feel like walking 5 minutes to the main strip."

"Decent hotel with lovely staff. The rooms were cleaned every day. Convenient location in the centre of Luang Prabang old town. "

"Definitely, stay away from this place. They stand next to your door at 7 in the morning and scream to each other The beds are very uncomfortable. The guy who works there is extremely rude when I was checking out. He made me pay $5 for 3 small bottles of water. That are complementary at every other hotel. They made the whole experience very uncomfortable. I've been touring around asia for the last few months. And this is the only time i've ever had an experience like that"

"Friendly staff. Room was clean and cool AC."

"Lovely, clean room!"

"部屋は清潔に保たれており、とても快適でした。冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、エアコンも問題なく使用できました。バスタブもあり、お湯も十分に出ました。 朝食については、時間になっても準備ができていない日がありました。"
