"One of the only hotels with three bed options, a big plus. Common spaces fairly nice, room reasonably clean, fitness equipment functional. Signs of wear throughout, and the staff was overwhelmed on a busy weekend, but a good option overall. Didn't have breakfast but the coffee is pretty good."

"I want a refund ! We 1st got there and the room smelled like wet dog, we found bugs in our clean towels, then i seen a bug on our bed as well, and the next morning upon pack we found a grown bed bug (dead) under the table where you eat. The staff did give us spray for the smell and brought clean towels. But i haven't heard from management at all regarding the bed bug situation, i couldn't sleep all night because i was worried about taking home bugs. And i thought there was complimentary breakfast, that was nowhere to be found. The chemicals in the pool and hot tub were kind of unbearable. "

"You're right on High Street, so it was loud. Hard to fall asleep. In room instant coffee not good. Rooms are small. Overall, just OK."

"Room was fine but the AC was not working. It said it was lowering the temp but it never cooled down and we could not sleep. Test your AC unit early to make sure it’s actually cooling the room! Bar/restaurant was busy and only one person working. We ended up leaving because of wait on service.. not at all the fault of the bartender who was having to serve the whole restaurant alone!"
