"For the price, you get a bed and some towels. The room floor was dirty and so was the carpet in the hallway. The one ice machine was not working. The business center is a computer and printer that do not work. The 24/7 front desk was not there in the morning hours and should have been there for check out at 11am. The maid knocked on my door at 930am and I had a do not disturb sign on the knob. The maid said my check out was 11am and I was well aware of that time. (It was 930am...) I had to...

"A very unique experience within this small but very elegant old hotel. The check in process was very friendly, having the lounge available for coffee, snacks, light breakfast was really nice. The room was so nicely decorated, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was perfect! We will definitely stay there again if in the area."

"After driving 17 hours from Texas to Wisconsin, we are very pleased when we got into our room to see how clean, big and all the amenities it included.
