"施設は多少古びているが清潔に保たれているし、担当者も申し分ない。 ただ、こちらに2泊する予定で、初日のチェックイン時間に行ったところ、担当者の姿もなく、中に入れず、途方にくれていた。他の宿泊者がたまたま戻ってきた為、中に入れたが、1時間以上後に担当者が来て、『ダブルブッキングの為に今夜は宿泊出来ないと告げられる。非常に腹が立ったが、近くの施設を用意し、そちらに2泊してもいし、こちらと1泊ずつしてもいい。こちらのミスなので費用はこちらで負担します』と言われました。 対応がきちんとしていたので、その案に従い、近くの施設に1泊し、次の日に戻ることにしました。 代替施設は多分ここよりもグレードが高く、快適に過ごすことができたし、この施設に移っても、色々と希望を聞いてもらえ、チェックアウト時間も飛行機の時間に合わせて延長させてもらい、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。 綺麗な景色に囲まれて、静かで快適な時間を過ごすことができ、最後は感謝の気持ちで一杯になりました。 ダブルブッキングがあったので評価は一つ下げますが、その後の対応と快適さは充分に満足できるものでした。"

"Breakfast buffet was the best, the coffee was amazing the food selection was incredible and very tasty. The hotel overall was very nice, we did have some plumbing issues with the shower draining properly but as soon as we reported it the hotel got it fixed right away. The rooms were well maintained and the staff was very friendly. "

"WE HAD TO CUT OUR TRIP SHORT BECAUSE OF THE NOISE, IT WAS BAD, WE WAS WOKEN UP EACH NIGHT FOR THE FIRST 2 X NIGHTS AND COULD NOT DO ANY MORE WITH OUR 2 X KIDS, THE POOL AREA WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION WITH BUILDERS CLIMBING JUST METERS AWAY FROM US WHILE MY DAUGHTER WAS SWIMMING. THE PICTURES ARE NOT WHAT YOU GET, IT WAS CLEAN BUT NOT WAS DESCRIBED. "

"有名な日本橋などの観光スポットまで徒歩圏内。ナイトマーケットも徒歩でいけます。自転車も貸してくれます。ホイアンの街並みに溶け込んだ外観でホイアンらしくてとても良かったです。朝食も美味しかったですし、プール設備もそこそこの広さで十分。ホイアンを楽しみたいならオススメ。スタッフさんも親切でした。"

I stayed for three nights and the staff were really helpful for advising on things to do in Hoi An, providing a gluten free breakfast during my stay, and arranging transfers to my next destination (which Sophie in particular was great with). The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of Hoi An old town, and the rooms are spacious / high quality. I also had my birthday in the hotel and the staff also surprised me with a birthday...

"This was my favorite hotel while in Cua Dai. The room was just as nice as the pictures, very clean and very comfortable. The staff were all very kind, and made me feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was great and had plenty of options for any diet. The beach was across the street, so just a short walk away. Plenty of places to rent a chair under an umbrella or just plop yourself in the sand which is my preference. The hotel has a decent gym as well and I was so happy to get some good workouts in....
