"施設は多少古びているが清潔に保たれているし、担当者も申し分ない。 ただ、こちらに2泊する予定で、初日のチェックイン時間に行ったところ、担当者の姿もなく、中に入れず、途方にくれていた。他の宿泊者がたまたま戻ってきた為、中に入れたが、1時間以上後に担当者が来て、『ダブルブッキングの為に今夜は宿泊出来ないと告げられる。非常に腹が立ったが、近くの施設を用意し、そちらに2泊してもいし、こちらと1泊ずつしてもいい。こちらのミスなので費用はこちらで負担します』と言われました。 対応がきちんとしていたので、その案に従い、近くの施設に1泊し、次の日に戻ることにしました。 代替施設は多分ここよりもグレードが高く、快適に過ごすことができたし、この施設に移っても、色々と希望を聞いてもらえ、チェックアウト時間も飛行機の時間に合わせて延長させてもらい、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。 綺麗な景色に囲まれて、静かで快適な時間を過ごすことができ、最後は感謝の気持ちで一杯になりました。 ダブルブッキングがあったので評価は一つ下げますが、その後の対応と快適さは充分に満足できるものでした。"

"Beautiful views and everything you need for quality family time. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. All facilities are available—either included in the booking package or offered for hire. The free breakfast buffet was unforgettable, with a wide variety of dishes and fresh fruits for every taste. The only issue was male suana which was not working once I visited"

"Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im M Hotel in Da Nang. Der Empfang war top, besonders Hoa war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das restliche Personal hat einen hervorragenden Service geboten. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, die Lage ist perfekt, zentral und direkt am Strand. Das Frühstück war lecker und auch das Fitnessstudio war sauber. Klare Empfehlung, ich würde wiederkommen."

"While this hotel is clean, it is outdated and the pictures online do not reflect this. I really wanted to like this hotel because it was so affordable and in a great location, but I just could not get comfortable there. It has nice amenities like free shuttle to Old Town, free coffee and tea in the lobby, and free sun chairs on the beach, but the rooms were dreary and I had the worst time sleeping there. However the staff were all so kind, and Hoai at the front desk is the sweetest. She...

"we have been to Danang 3 times, and this is the 1st time and will not be the last time we stayed at the Courtyard by marriott. The staff here in every department are attentive, friendly, lovely and can not do enough for you. The breakfast was incredible, delicious, fresh and ample. Our room was so comfortable, clean, spacious and the views are so beautiful. We stayed for 9 nights and we are looking to return next year for much longer. Treat yourself, you wont regret it."

"First off, they sold the room we booked and gave us a room in the front of the hotel which is definitely not as nice as the rear of the hotel. They told me they were "upgrading" my room instead giving me the room that I booked facing the river. The front view is a drainage ditch not a river!
