"施設は多少古びているが清潔に保たれているし、担当者も申し分ない。 ただ、こちらに2泊する予定で、初日のチェックイン時間に行ったところ、担当者の姿もなく、中に入れず、途方にくれていた。他の宿泊者がたまたま戻ってきた為、中に入れたが、1時間以上後に担当者が来て、『ダブルブッキングの為に今夜は宿泊出来ないと告げられる。非常に腹が立ったが、近くの施設を用意し、そちらに2泊してもいし、こちらと1泊ずつしてもいい。こちらのミスなので費用はこちらで負担します』と言われました。 対応がきちんとしていたので、その案に従い、近くの施設に1泊し、次の日に戻ることにしました。 代替施設は多分ここよりもグレードが高く、快適に過ごすことができたし、この施設に移っても、色々と希望を聞いてもらえ、チェックアウト時間も飛行機の時間に合わせて延長させてもらい、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。 綺麗な景色に囲まれて、静かで快適な時間を過ごすことができ、最後は感謝の気持ちで一杯になりました。 ダブルブッキングがあったので評価は一つ下げますが、その後の対応と快適さは充分に満足できるものでした。"

"fabulous resort! Located right on the beach. About a 8 min grab drive from the strip! AMAZING breakfast! The staff was top notch & very helpful. amazing infinity pool and rooftop pool. Great to travel with family even small children. The villas are spectacular and so are the ocean view rooms! 10/10"

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was 5 stars. I would stay again. But please note the check out time is 12:00 and don't be late. We got back to our room at 12:30 and the staff had already placed all of our items in the hallway. We were mostly packed up already. "今回の滞在は初のダナンだった事もあり、ホテルにいる時間は寝る時間と朝食ブッフェだけでしたので、トータルで星4つにしました。施設はとても清潔で快適です。目の前の海は人も少なくメインから少し外れている事もあり、インフィニティプールからの眺めもバッチリでした。ゴージャスな雰囲気を求める人には物足りないかもしれませんが、空港からも近いですしとても快適に過ごせると思います。"

"We wanted a nice relaxing resort style end to our Vietnam holiday & Bel Marina exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious & clean, black out curtains and sound proofed. Breakfast unreal. The swim up pool bar was fun & the staff super attentive and helpful. Location wise is unreal, close enough to walk to Old Town & far enough away to not hear the noise. Would 10/10 recommend and will hopefully come back again, loved our stay"

"The breakfast buffet was just okay. One thing to note, they only refill the water one time per day. So make sure you ask for a lot if you intend to swim a lot. Also, they don’t provide water on the day you check out. Overall, it’s nice resort, but the service could be better!"

"We stayed in 25 th floor. View was gery good and the room was very spacious with balcony. Infinity pool is very nice. Overall the property us clean but my room didnot have a overhead shower, it onky had a hand shower. Also there are not many vegetarian or vegan options."

"A five-star experience through and through. A luxurious feel, well-appointed, well-equipped, clean, bright room with a fabulous ocean view. The only minor inconvenience I found was the absence of a shower as taking a bath in a bathtub to me is time-consuming. But this is offset by the cleanliness and the comfort throughout.
