"We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s in the vegetable Villiage which is a quiet area with a few coffee shops close by. The amenities here are great, the pool is lovely and you can take out one of the bicycles and cycle around the vegetable village and the rice fields which are close by. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The security guard is absolutely amazing, he works so hard, is friendly and helpful 24/7, which made our trip. The rooms are lovely. The bed is comfy."

"First, let’s be clear. This is not a 5 star resort. At best, it’s an undersupplied, over extended, large 4 start hotel. Most of the property looks like an abandon mall, covered with photos of what could be in those places, or perhaps what used to be in those places. Its unclear. For a massive “resort”, having 1 restaurant on site is ridiculous. For a massive resort that brags about its large pool and private beach, never having enough chairs at either is ridiculous. And even if we were...

"The room itself was pretty basic, but the bed was comfortable and the balcony view straight across to the beachfront was awesome. In fact, the hotel's proximity to the beach and all the local amenities was its biggest plus... great location! The swimming pool out in front of the hotel is a bit small and the surrounding seating area isn't kept very clean by staff or by inconsiderate guests who have no problem leaving behind their garbage and over-flowing ashtrays. "A very pretty hotel with wonderful views of Old Hoi An and the river. Very well located with everything we wanted to see within walking distance. Quite a good size pool to cool off in and a lovely balcony out the front for drinks in the evening. We stayed in river view rooms but were on level two so the views were a little obscured by the balcony room below. If booking a river view room I would suggest asking for level three or four."

"It's hardly a 5 star hotel. Staff understanding of English is poor and their service attitude is not consistent across all staff. To claim 5 star status they need to take a long hard look at a real 5 star property and bring staff and amenities up to standard. Too many bus tour groups downgrade the experience. The buffet breakfast room is a very noisy cafeteria style environment so much so my wife refused to eat there again. Fortunately we discovered another far more comfortable breakfast place...
