Excellent hotel & amazing staff who go the extra mile. The cleanliness of the rooms & general areas excellent. Pillow menu not quite but an excellent choice of pillows available. The only downside & it’s a small one is the poor quality of the WiFi. It perhaps is stronger nearer the main building but we were in one of the Sanctuary room which are the furthest away from the main buildings. The food is amazing as are the drinks. Breakfast brings Chef Andy with his basket of freshly baked pastries.

First people we met were there for four and two weeks and had been on many previous locations - a good start. What a fabulous location, direct access to the beach and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Friendly staff looking after the beach every day and cleaning the rooms. The apartments are a little dated but the bed was comfortable, excellent air conditioning and the kitchen perfectly adequate. Good cocktail bar and restaurant next door.

We loved this hotel, it's a gem of a place. Run with care and attention to detail, the overall ambience is pretty special. Gorgeous setting in a truly historic dock area. Rooms are respectful of the original colonial architecture and so have a lovely loft/warehouse type feel. What can I say that you don't get from other descriptions? The beds around the infinity pool are the most comfortable I have ever relaxed on. The staff are fantastic and its worth chatting to them and getting to know them.The private boat to the little island is superb and the towels and dressing gowns are very smart. Great cocktails. It was relatively quite when we were there. Enjoyed the workout with coach Tango at 10am in the morning.

When we arrived, the hotel was less than two weeks old so everything was new new new! Which I absolutely loved. The downside is they didn’t tell us the hotel would only be at 30% capacity to train the team so the ‘party’ Element was definitely lacking. Also the team were quite untrained at the time with bar staff no knowing what Prosecco is or just the basic cocktails from their own menu. The entertainment staff were UNREALL!!
