"The quality of this property was a pleasant surprise! Our room was spacious, clean, and right next to the river with a beautiful view. Since we had to use the sofa bed and had quite a few people, the staff immediately brought up extra towels and a bed set for the sofa bed. The breakfast was also nice, you can't go wrong with biscuits and gravy. My only complaint is that the hot tub was out of order and the pool was really really cold so we weren't able to enjoy it. At check-in, neither front desk staff member appeared to be familiar with ADA requirements regarding service animals.
