"Very clean very nice customer service and quiet"

"I cannot stress enough how clean the room was. The faucets were gleaming, nary a smudge on the shower door and a floor that I didn’t mind walking on with my shoes off. Absolutely spotless. The real kicker is that this was a “pet friendly “ room. I have stayed at a lot of hotels that allow pets, and they always give the worst rooms to people with pets. Not so here at the Hampton Inn in Redmond OR. I highly recommend this property especially if you have to travel with pets."

"The property needed repairs. Both doors to exit the building we were in did not lock locking mechanisms were gone. The circulation fan for the restrooms did not work and the on the wall thermostat did not work. Was very clean and comfy and employees were nice and helpful. "

"The hotel room was large with great views but there were quite a few broken things, including the shower head and fireplace. Also the front desk seemed overwhelmed due to the fully booked weekend and so it was hard to get help. No towels at the pool and after calling we were told someone would be in with towels when things slowed down but eventually the pool was closing and we had to walk dripping back up to our room.
