"We will be back. The pools are so much fun. The rooms and building is a bit out dated and can use some tlc. But the room was clean. No critters. Some trash left around the pools. But that’s of no fault of the staff. People should clean up after themselves. Parking was a breeze. We will be returning."

"Amazing place to visit , manager Ella is a super nice and friendly concierge . She made our stay - unforgettable one all the way from a reservation to the last day of our stay . Creating relaxing unforgettable memories of this magical manicured garden design with rolling waterfalls , inviting romantic path ways leading you by carefully engendered subtle lighting system . All through-out the entire property where in every corner you walk - you will find another picturesque state of the art display of stunning exotic plant or another rare cactus , all well placed by thoughtfully matching most vibrant and surprising color variations of rare desert vegetation installed by true artisans , all combined with unison with native rock formations . This truly magical ambience filled with tastefully planed and hand picked carefully selected desert vegetation living you with feeling of a great desire to come back again and again to revisit this world class paradise not mention the crystal cleared massively wide and super long sized sparkling pool which is at all times kept in perfect temperature sparkling -crisp clarity through out your entire stay . We highly recommend visit this rejuvenating oasis where you can truly get away and fully recharge ."

"I was very disappointed with my experience. The hotel was extremely expensive, but the service did not match the price. Many of the employees working at the stores and bars were rude and seemed uninterested in helping guests. The room was also disappointing. The bed sheets had a damp, dirty smell, which made it uncomfortable to sleep and gave the impression that cleanliness was not a priority. Overall, the hotel is overpriced for what it offers. Between the poor customer service and the condition of the room, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others."

"Everything was excellent. The hotel was clean and cozy, the pools were clean and well-maintained, and our room was spacious and beautiful. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including all the necessary cookware and utensils. The only downside I noticed was that there were very few umbrellas around the pool area for shade."
