"There was only 1 hot tub on this property. It was always full of kids, some without supervision. We never could get in it. Such a large complex should have more hot tubs & restrictions for kids."

"Overall the hotel, room, and amenities were clean. Breakfast was the same quality as a free continental breakfast at a 1-star motel.
We stayed 4 nights, 5 days. The hotel doesn’t tell you that you have to call to get your towels replaced and room cleaned.
I called twice and the third time I just asked for fresh towels. The showed up the last day we were there to clean the room. They still didn’t take out the trash.
I will not be staying here again."
