"We had a lovely stay at this hotel - the rooms were well proportioned and the beds were very comfy. We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and specifically because it had the waterpark. Unfortunately, the water park was closed for 2 days which was a shame as there isn't much else to do at the hotel. "My family and I stayed in the 3 bedroom premium residence apartments for 2 weeks. Although not quite 5* level overall our stay was good. Staff and housekeeping were easily accessible via room service. However required prompting to clean regularly. Property comes with amenities available but you will need to prompt the staff for extras such as dishwasher pods, refill of water, etc. Full board offered by the hotel restaurant had limited variety of food and frequently cold with no ability to reheat...
