"This beautiful upscale hotel is adjacent to the Hiroshima Station and couldn’t be more convenient. There is a taxi queue outside the hotel so getting to the Peace Memorial (or anywhere else) is very easy. The breakfast was top notch with many options to choose from and every member of the staff we interacted with was courteous and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"仕事の出張後に家族と連泊した際、フロントで部屋の変更の提案をいただいたのですが、行き違い？のトラブルがありました。しかし、その後のスタッフの敏速な対応が素晴らしかったです。何かあったときの対応がホテルマンの実力だと思います。"

"The best location. Close to park and museum. Near bus stops to get to the train station. Delicious and varied breakfast. Welcoming staff."

"Unfortunately the worst place we've stayed in Japan, the walls where paper thin, which didn't stop our neighbours being noisey and energetic... For 30 seconds or so. The bigger problem was our room was right next to the lifts so we could hear them rushing up and down all night and could hear every conversation happening in the hallway very clearly. The building itself is very dated the bathroom looks like it came out of a 1980's caravan. The staff were nice enough and we can't really fault them,...

"We switched on arrival to the room with two twin beds which was much more spacious and comfortable. Facility and breakfast were fantastic. Location was great-close to food, grocery stores and public transportation. We would definitely stay here again!"
