They moved my sister to several rooms due to broken pull out beds, and to throw in the towel she found a roach crawling on the wall in the bathroom. I'm not sure if they reported it to the front desk we...

"The room was comfortable enough. There are no grab bars in the shower/bath. There are no coffee makers in the rooms. If you want coffee or decaf in your room either bring your own coffee and maker, or instant. I burned myself twice trying to carry coffee to my room. The breakfast lady is gold and the food she prepares is good."

"Air conditioning was very loud. no ice on 2nd or 3rd floor. Out of order signs looked very old. Asked for more coffee and sugars 3 days in a row, never got them. At one point I was told they ran out. But when I walked by the cleaning cart it was loaded with coffee sugar and creamer. ( No I didn't take them from cart) When I signed in they said I had to pay a $25 deposit, This is after my non refundable $600 was already paid. The staff was very friendly but unfortunately they never followed...

"The air conditioner didn’t work in one of our rooms. We got in very late so were too tired to change rooms. When we took the stairs the next morning to go to breakfast, the stairwell was very dirty and smelled really bad. They had biscuits and gravy and the gravy was basically water. I have stayed at a lot of hotels. This one was up there as one of the worst"

"The room was clean and had plenty of space. The pool was closed and then reopened but then closed again. There is no hot tub on the property as shown in pictures. Breakfast was ok and the pancake machine was not functioning."

"I have stayed a couple. It's not the nicest place in the world, but the manager is the nicest man in the world. Super friendly to all the guests he talks to. It is clean and it is in a nice convenient area. The breakfast is basic and when I came down 15 minutes after everything was put away he offered to bring everything out again for me. Of course it's not a high-end hotel so don't expect anything special."

"Room key quit working two nights in a row, hot tub was luke warm all weekend - never got hot at all, four pool towels only everyday... Room towels would only give 2 at a time for the four people we had in our room. Turned the air down many times to finally 61 degrees and it was still warm in the room all weekend. Breakfast was either cereal or waffles everyday. Just overall not a great experience, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in."

"The place was clean and the staff was very helpful! However There was only 1 of the 2 bottles of "complimentary" (aka $2/ea.) water in our room when we arrived. The A/C was not working. We were woken up by construction very early Saturday morning. The final straw was when we returned to our room that night and could hear 2 small dogs barking in the room next door. Not something the hotel could prevent, but was the last thing we could put up with after trying to work with the other issues....
