The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the overall atmosphere made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for families visiting New York — we’ll definitely stay again!"

"Great hotel with central location. The room was updated, roomy and clean. The breakfast has great selection and the staff was friendly. Only issue was the elevators. Only 2 were in service which created long lines, and getting up and down took forever. The day we were leaving, we ended up walking down 33 floors (w luggage) after waiting for 20 min for the no show elevators. Nevertheless I would stay there again. "

"We were on the 2nd floor on 8th Ave and did not hear noise from the street (outside of our room was some sort of machinery- slight white noise which we all found soothing. One of our party forgot some toiletries and the hotel had a list of available items (very appreciate!) They also had complementary coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We did not use the restaurant or bar, we were there to see Broadway shows. Great location! Parking garage beside the hotel with 24 hour availability. We will definitely stay again! "
