"I didn’t catch the name of the person who checked us in (he’s been there 18 years), but he was a terrific introduction to the hotel — friendly, open, and offering all the best of New York. The room was clean, and it is sooooo close to so many theaters, the Morgan Library, Bryant Park and the New York Public Library. Will stay here again. "

"This place was surprisingly good! The Kitchenettes in the rooms are a nice surprise. I found the rooms clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was very kind and attentive and polite."

"Exercise room needs to be bigger with more equipment . Lucy on the roof deck was spectacular. Brunch not so much.. food was not hot. This was our 2nd stay in 6 months…. We will be back. "
