"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"We tried to check in on Sunday at 4 pm and there were throngs of people waiting in line to do just that. A digital center with computers had opportunities for “self check-in” but we didn’t notice that anyone was successful doing that. We were asked if we had a QR code, but when we didn’t, were directed to a very long, airport-like line. I waited upwards of 50 mins just to check in.
