Upon check out we were supposed to have our luggage brought down from our room but no one got a call and we were waiting for quite some time before it all got straightened out. "

"Came with my husband and daughter. Close to downtown, while being in a quiet area. Great price. The room was clean, and mostly updated - the carpets look older but everything else was quite nice. Heated bathroom floor, balcony. The atrium pool was really nice. The staff were friendly. I will be using this as my go-to hotel when visiting Toronto. "
