"Excellent, kid-friendly location close to I-15 with plenty of parking. The premises, interior, breakfast area, and the room were very clean and well-furnished. The staff was very professional and was able to check us in and out hassle-free. The breakfast was great with decent options. Would definitely recommend it to other travelers. "

"The ac unit in the first room was noisy. We were upgraded on a second room and the ac unit was laboring. . There was a door to our bedroom which was locked. I could see that the upper return vent was clogged with dust. I got a towel and I removed the dust and clogged dirt from the upper vent. This helped the unit from straining and made it quieter. "The first night the hot tub was full of children NO PARENTS...Then we get wome up by a fire alarm only to find out it was false. Second night we go to the hot tub and a family has a guy from out if town staying there so they all 9 of them 2 adults 7 kids are at the pool with the one genleman who is an actual patron of the hotel with all the kidsin the hit tub being obnoxious. I just wish kids were NOT AT ALL ALLOWED IN HOT TUBS/ SPA areas. Theses should be adult only areas. "

"Black Desert Resort exceeded my expectations. The setting is absolutely stunning, with unique lava rock and red cliff views you won’t find anywhere else. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the amenities feel truly upscale.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is both relaxing and luxurious. Even while still expanding, it’s already an incredible place to stay.
Highly recommend for a peaceful, high-end getaway near St. George!"

"We visit St. George at least 3 times a year. Have always wanted to stay near the Historic District. This was the sweet spot in the middle.
