"The airport shuttle did not meet us after our flight, even though I had contacted the hotel in advance and they confirmed pick up. Very disappointing. The shuttle did take us back to the airport which was convenient. The hotel is terrible at responding to guests in advance if a stay. They eventually responded when I emailed (to organise the no show airport shuttle). There was a grumpy, unhelpful guy on duty at the front desk when we arrived. "The location of this hotel is absolutely top-notch, making it a perfect base. The service is also great, with a very attentive and helpful team. The only downside is the breakfast: While it is very cheap, for anyone who values high-quality food, it’s honestly entirely skippable. Do yourself a favor and spend your mornings grabbing a proper bite at one of the local cafes or bakeries nearby instead."

I found it difficult to communicate with the property, even in Spanish, because it took a long time for messages to be answered and the phone numbers for the property did not work. "Pessoal destreinado ou quis dar de esperto, fiz o pagamento pelo app, e eles queriam cobrar novamente as diárias e tive q brigar para ele concordar q o pagamento já tinha sido feito. Quarto com o ar quebrado, trocaram de acomodação lugar muito barulhento, localização perigosa. Pessima experiência não recomendo."

"el personal fue amable, la habitacion estaba bien, solo tengo 2 observaciones como es posible que me van a cobrar por que reserve a traves de la pagina y no con el hotel LP, un monto adicional posterior nunca me habia pasado que el mismo hotel cobre por guardar las maletas despues del checkout. a eso sumerle que cobran recargo por pago en tarjeta."
