"The good thing of this hotel is the location very close to Al Haram and very nice & comfort room with best view to Al Haram.
Unfortunately, we have to say that we are very disappointed to the reception staff and concierge staffs that under our expectation as the famous 5 star hotel background, reception staff they do not speak english (difficult to communicate) and seems not professional, the concierge staff not helpful as required and tend to ignore the guest.
Improvement on staff will make...

"We reserved 2 queen bedroom with city view and when we got there they had a king bed room with wrong view and we had to upgrade for a 2 queen with view which I think was very shady. We paid and reversed for transportation to the train station and they tried to charge us again even though we already paid. The hotel is good and we have stayed there before but I think they are adopting shady business practices."
