"We verbleven dit jaar voor de tweede keer in dit hotel, als laatste stop voor de Kanaaltunnel. Op 20 minuten rijden, nog even genieten van het Engelse plattelandsleven. Gezellige pub, prima kamers, goede keuken. En zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Aanrader!"

"Very warm and friendly welcome by all staff with great service and excellent choice of drinks especially there own Plumb Gin. Yummy.
Very relaxed about our slightly late arrival.
We loved the Innovative and quirky decor throughout.
Bed was so comfy and the complimentary port for a night cap,loved it.
So nice that there was no TV. In the bedroom too.
Complimentary breakfast delicious and plenty food, hot and cold drinks to start your day.
Definitely would really recommend staying here....

"Well, you get what you pay for. I think this may be a fairly new property and they are certainly in the process of upgrading it so kudos to them for that.
PROS: nice looking inside, clean, quiet, felt safe, full kitchen, washing machine, bathtub, private fenced back yard, nice linens and towels, electric kettle, enough kitchen utensils/pots/pans to cook a simple meal
CONS: the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in, extremely squeaky upstairs floor and beds, the upstairs is not a King...
