"Filled in the online form to have 30min massage add on which was not scheduled - the spa apologized multiple times and gave me a 30min massage for free.
Left my credit card on the front desk - they hired a taxi driver to chase me to the airport and sent it to me.

"The reception can speak good English and the rest of the staff are very helpful. If you're staying for business, the hotel is located in the business area. But it's not that far from Old City-only 15 minutes by bus no.65. The bus stops are nearby and there's a 24 hours minimarket 5 minutes from the hotel.
The room is clean and comfortable with check in time at 3pm. If you arrive before that, you'd be asked to wait. Check out time at 12pm. You could pay when you check out but you have to put...

"Bristol Hotel closed as i found out after booking, however staff contacted me and offered better room right on Baku's richest shopping street (Nizami) owned by same owner as Bristol was, I can not say enough good things about how the staff handled this and how far they went out of way to offer top service! Thanks, Spacibo!"
