"Riu was an exceptional stay! Service was great, food was delicious, the events they had were fun, drinks were tasty. The resort was in a prime location as well! However, Riu doesn’t have an openly available transport so you will likely rely on taxis to get around if you plan to go far- bring cash."

"We stayed at the Reef for 6 nights. Overall, we had a good week. Check in wasn’t as smooth as we would have liked. The room wasn’t ready until after 4:30 and our bags had been taken to storage before we realized it would be several hours before a room was ready. The staff were very accommodating and gave us a small upgrade and a small credit for the inconvenience. The resort property is very large.
