"I was super impressed! I travel a lot and stay at a lot of different types of lodging. I would say this is in my top-10. I randomly picked this for a stopover on my way deeper into Indonesia. The staff was super attentive and friendly. I was treated with the utmost respect. Communication about arrival and pick up could not of been better. All in all a top notch stay! The room was Quiet, Clean, and VERY comfortable. Ate several times at the in house restaurant and enjoyed the food and service. If passing this way again, I would stay for sure! "

"The airport shuttle driver waited an hour while we were delayed, without complaint. Great breakfast, which opened at 2:30 am so we could eat before our early flight. Wonderful staff, clean rooms. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The front desk staff are excellent. Check-in is always super easy and friendly. The washrooms in the suites could use some love. Newer towels and better shower amenities kits (higher end shampoo, conditioner and shower gels) should be included for the cost of the room. There is also no soap dish by the wash basin so you end up leaving the soap bar in the sink to avoid a mess. The floor in the breakfast room needs a good wash, it’s very sticky. The hotel is very conveniently located in the airport. Great for a 1 night stay. "
