"The check in process was terrible. You would think a big hotel chain like this would be able to handle a busy day but no. The lines were over an hour to check in and check out. People were complaining about missing flights because of the lines. We went to check in at 1pm and didn’t get to the desk until 2pm, our room wasn’t ready so we had to come back at 3pm and wait in the line again!! The staff are rude. "Front desk people were really nice. The room was nice. Breakfast was not included , it would have been $16 euros per person. They charged $2 euros for luggage storage. The location is great, however, there is major construction going on this street for miles, and it will probably be going on for years, the whole street is turned up, so the view from the room is not as pretty right now, not hotel’s fault but something to keep in mind."
