"Hilton system was down for hours when we were trying to check in. Could not get room keys, and the Hilton app did not complete in providing a digital key to me. It was a major annoyance. Breakfast was just okay."

"We were on the 3rd floor woke up in the morning to find the elevator was not working, had to walk down 3 flight of stairs to go the front desk, and asked if she knew the elevator was not working, and she said oh yeah they said it was, I said why are there no signs, and she looked at me like I was talking a different language, and then I said that so that means I have to walk down all the stairs with my luggage, she did not apologize, or say she was sorry for the inconvenience, nothing !!! rude...

Then a scary man came next to my car on his bike and stared at my kids and I until we pulled off and went to find immediate alternatives for our trip. "
