"There was a pool, sauna and steam room. I went with my 12 year old and there were times kids could use these facilities (and the seating area outside the pool), these were 9-10 and 2 hours (think it was 4-6pm). Under 16s not allowed in the heat rooms. Got towels given to us at the pool to use. Overall a great stay, nice food and kid friendly."

"Was so different like the pictures and Expedia says, I run 5 minutes later than I saw the room and made a reservation right away in premier inn. I need y money back for this reservation that I don't use."

"My stay at Thistle was quite brief as I arrived late in the evening and went to the airport quite early in the morning. The hotel staff were absolutely brilliant, they were friendly and efficient. The room was ok, clean and fine for one night. The one thing I did not like much was the noise you can hear from the street."

"As soon as I walked in greeted with a smile and directions on where to check in. The staff at reception and cafe were polite friendly and very welcoming. The room was a good size with USB ports, bathroom also was a good size, no A/C in the room but was provided a fan. The bed in my opinion (and just my preference) was a bit hard, but being honest you will never please everyone as everyone preference are different. "Great hotel and location to train station Buffet breakfast was one of the best I have had"

"The hut was a lot smaller than we thought from the pictures. Our toddler loved it but was very cramped for us two adults. Found a few bugs in the bedding due to window being left open on arrival. The wall was dirty & mattress was badly stained. Looks like it needs a make over. Overall it was ok but not worth the amount paid. I did message on Expedia & Facebook asking for some help getting tickets for dino land but had no response from anyone."
