"Exceptional! Hotel Van Cleef is pure magic. The divine hotel itself, the amazing staff, the location. Everything was perfect. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Bruges is a magnificent town, and this hotel is the perfect place to stay there. "

"This was an exceptional hotel and made our time in Bruges magical!
Our room was romantic with beautiful views of the canal. Breakfast was delicious and offered so many options. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

"Got an upgrade to the main hotel as it was my husbands birthday
We were a small group and 3 of our rooms were upgraded
Great staff
Breakfast was very expensive but breakfast room manager was exceptional and bought a beautiful plate of cakes on the morning of my husbands birthday

Had drinks in bar with the whole group

"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and food. Location is ideal.
Only negative was the restricted access to the toilet. In order to fit a more luxurious jacuzzi bath, space was sacrificed for the toilet which was wedged in a small space with high sides on either side. Having said that, I would absolutely stay there again. "
