Cari Hotel di Belgia

"Amazing hotel"

"There was a terrible smell in my bathroom as soon as I reported they took immediate action and gave me a better room. I appreciated that. However the staff were unfriendly which led to me giving a lower score."

"Really convenient. Just across the street from the Central Station."

"Everything was perfect, my wife is very demanding and it was satisfied"

"Breakfast definitely worth paying before"

"This is a beautiful hotel that has clean comfortable rooms. The staff are helpful and friendly. Getting to the hotel garage is a bit confusing if you're driving there at least it was for us. Also, we were a little disappointed with the view from our room having requested a city view room over a garden view. However, we did not mention our disappointment to the hotel staff so they didn't have an opportunity to remedy that. It is in a good location providing access to shops and many dining...

"Parking was easy, staff were really lovely on check in. Room was comfy and fit 2 adults and 2 children nicely. Breakfast was delightful- lots to choose from and the ability to make mimosas was too good to pass up on! As we left, the children asked when we’d be back!"

"This hotel was a wonderful location very close to main square. The rooms were well appointed and very clean."

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well located. The host was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everything was well organized, and we really enjoyed our experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting brussels and would happily stay here again! We were 9 people same room but enough bathrooms."

"Beautifully decorated, excellent helpful staff, well located near tram and metro but a short walk away from Grande Place and the centre. Only downside - the radiators in the room cannot be controlled so it was unbearably hot the whole time. The AC can be controlled but it barely makes a dent in the power of the radiator. The hotel is obsessed with eco friendliness, but I hate to think how much energy I wasted having the window open, the AC on the strongest coldest setting, and the radiator...

"Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Leckeres Frühstück. Zauberhaftes Strandblick."

"Schönes Business Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern und grossem Frühstücksbuffet. Nettes Personal. Die Matratzen sind allerdings teilweise etwas durchgelegen und die Bar ziemlich teuer."

"Te puedes ir caminando al centro de Brujas, está bien si solo vas a dormir."

"Personnel ontbijt"

"Loved the location and the hotel's historic side. Wish there was a elevator, but that's what you get with a historic hotel!"

"The reception staff were very helpful and kind. The location of the hotel was amazing, right in the middle of so many attractions and amazing restaurants. Here is what we didn't like. The rooms were tiny, but the receptionists were kind to move us to a better room. All rooms are without a fridge to store leftovers. A few servers at the breakfast nook were crabby and took them forever to respond to a simple request. Also one morning was totally empty of glasses, utensils and juices, even though...

"Nuestra primera vez en Brujas. Reservamos una habitación con vista a la ciudad y nos dieron una habitación con vista al edificio del frente del Hotel."

"No air conditioning !!! Traditional radiator heating. Not enough power outlets. No telephone in the room, I had to call the front desk with my mobile phone. Good restaurant. Closes at 10 pm. Last order for one course at 8:30 pm. Extra charge for room service : EUR 25 (approx. USD 30) No receipt ticket for luggage left in the hotel luggage storage room. Reception desk staff from OK to excellent, depending on the person on duty."
