"The shuttle drivers were excellent friendly and informative. They waited for us 3 hours past our pick up time due to our flight from Dallas being delayed. It should be known that even though they take you to Placencia village at specific times you can call them to be a taxi as well and save money over the price of a regular taxi. Good food"

"We had a wonderful time in Belize. The Lodge at Jaguar Reef was lovely. The location was perfect; close to town. The facility was clean and well appointed. The food & drinks were delicious. "Nice rooms and staff. Great restaurant near by and walking path along the water. And easy walk to the big nice museum. Nice patio to enjoy the birds and ocean breeze. Big hotel across the street under construction but noise is over by 6 pm. Our 4th time staying here and we will be back the next time we visit Belize."

"The staffing was amazing, after 5 days and multiple others coming to the resort they still knew myself and my wife by our names. The event staffing were great along with the tour guides, they helped with so much in the planning and all the supplies needed for our snorkeling trips. The food and drinks were amazing and I would highly recommend the resort to anybody! We stayed in the beginning of June which is normally the rain season but we had amazing weather!"

"We had a terrible experience. There was no hot water, the Wifi was so weak it barely worked. There was no television and last but not least NO hot water. Power outage happened about 5 times.. we went to the desk and literally everyone was gone from the hotel.. The lights to see down the triple staircase were out completely.. Also if a person wanted something to eat you were not getting that either.. ot a least a cocktail!! My husband and I agreed the property was beautiful but we are getting...
