"The rooms in this property is so out of date idk how they received a 3.9 star rating. The 1st room they gave me had mold in the ceiling and walls. The 2nd room ended up having roaches my 2nd day. I had to leave mid way thru my trip and get a different hotel. Only highlights are the air conditioning is really good, the bed was comfy, and the pool was clean. "I had a very disappointing experience at this property and would not recommend it.
The overall condition of the property was far below what was advertised. It is clear that the place has not been properly cleaned or maintained for quite some time. There was visible dust buildup throughout the property, including vents and surfaces, which made the environment feel dirty and neglected.

"Beautiful apartment, clean and well stocked with dishes, utensils, and toiletries. There are little markets along the street and a large supermarket a few minutes drive away. We had a car during our stay so we were able to get to Belize city in about 15 minutes. I would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful resort, extremely helpful and amazing staff. The only downside was the construction was very loud and started early and there was some minor leakage during a big storm. The staff really did make it a great stay despite the construction and the food was excellent. Would absolutely return once the construction dies down! "
