Cari Hotel di Besaya Valley

"Everything was perfect! The suite we had was spacious, the bed for the adults and the extra bed for the kid were comfortable, the shows had great water pressure. The buffet breakfast was scrumptious. The outdoor pool was phenomenal. We did not use the spa services because they were not open for children."

"Una experiencia INOLVIDABLE , espectacular todo"

"A unique parador hotel in medieval building updated with all the modern necessities. One of the best places to stay in Spain."

"We knew that the hotel was a historic building, but quite honestly everything inside was more than historic and just old and completely dated. To start with the walls are pretty thin, there's no real place to put your luggage & the bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. In our case, the TV and the room phone ( looked like from the 1950s ) did not work and we were given a replacement remote which also did not work. Although the location is very conveniant , it may be worth spending a bit more...

"Alojamiento descuidado y poco limpio.

"Lovely boutique hotel with very helpful reception staff. Room lovely - jacuzzi bath in our room was out of service but we wouldn't have used it anyway. Walk in shower was just fine. Level of background music perfect, as was choice of tracks. Many hotels blast out musak but this was just perfect. Pleasant bar serving 10€ cocktails and other drinks. Wish we had been able to take advantage of the lovely pool - not quite warm enough outdoors. Short walk from the town centre and a few free parking...

"Clean, nice location, friendly staff, easy check in."

"Located within the old town, easy walking downhill to the restaurants. Helpful they had parking as very little available elsewhere. Good coffee nice staff and comfortable lounge areas."

"The price is like an apartment of a 4 star hotel. But they charge you for everything. Including using the indoor swimming pool (that is not heated by the way), cleaning the apartment, any extra towel for the pool. There was not even soap to wash our hands.. On the other hand you can hear everything of the apartments next to you. Not isolated at all. Very friendly staff though. Not coming back."
