"Nuit de contrastes. Autant l'accueil de la propriétaire était chaleureux autant la chambre et les communs étaient glacés (panne de chaudière). On peut choisir de conserver un lieu "dans son jus" mais pas jusqu'à ne pas remplacer des rideaux déchirés ou rafraîchir les plafonds lépreux. Dernier aspect négatif pour un logement à ce tarif, l'absence de service de petit déjeuner. Bien qu'idéalement situé à proximité de la citadelle ce logement est d'un très mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Dommage. "

Gym has good equipment, but limited. Staff very helpful. Restaurant is good, and also able to get refreshments, snacks etc for your room. AC was not as effective as needed for 100 degree heat wave. Rooms are a good size for EU standards with a good bathroom and closet space. Two small elevators, with one not working for 5 days was...

"Always an English-speaker at the reception desk. They are very helpful, gracious and respectful. The room was clean and the sofa bed was made up before check-in so we were able to rest quickly after a long travel day. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was good. You can earn drink coupons by conserving your towels. The breakfast buffet had good variety and tasted good. Very close to bus and tram stops."
