"친절한 직원들과 훌륭한 강의 경치는 보츠와나에서의 첫인상을 완벽에 가깝게 만들어줬어요. 식당이나 보트 사파리 가격이 약간 비싸긴 했지만 현지 물가와 호텔의 입지를 생각하면 그럴만 하다고 생각합니다. 식당의 메뉴가 좀 아쉬웠어요."

"A fabulous place with the most friendly and accommodating staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Our guide was the most knowledgeable man who knew the name of every bird and animal we saw. He could spot the smallest bird at the top of a tree whilst driving.
He found us our first Leopard - amazing. My husband managed to lose his phone and the guide was able to track that in the bush as well!!!
It was a long day with two drives and we were there for 5 nights which was maybe one too many. We have...

"The hotel and it's environment are excellent. Great place to stay and top class conference facilities. Breakfast was good. However, they need to improve on coffee quality"

"Outdated and in need of a facelift; Calling this a resort is a big stretch with it's limited dining, no onsite store, old pool, etc. The rooms look fine, but nothing works well: many lights burned out, tub doesn't drain, A/C works infrequently,Extremely Limited Room Service, and safe is permanently locked by some past guest (staff could not even unlock it). The front desk tried to be helpful, and that is its strong point"
