"The outdoor hot tub did not look clean and usable. May 15. The balcony is attached to several rooms, so you can enjoy your morning coffee and polite conversation with your neighbors while watching the folks practice at the driving range. Our room was near the end of the hallway (31), and while the hallway smelled of septic, it did not smell inside our room. There was no mini fridge."

"Booked with a 3rd party and their system must of glitched or something so we got a room with one double bed which there was 4 of us the hotel went above and beyond to help with the situation as they were fully booked by giving us more blankets and sheets
The breakfast was amazing, staff were the best
Will be going there again for sure

"Check in and out was easy! The front desk team were great.
Pool was well maintained and so were the rooms. Second time staying here and really enjoyed it. Will be back again. Amenities were great (ie fitness centre) and the restaurants on site.

"Hotel and location were great. Mixup on the reservation meant that I was charged double- once through a travel service and then directly through the hotel. The hotel would not refund the duplicate booking so I paid twice for one room. This was disappointing, in addition to being woken up in the middle of the night by a person screaming obscenities outside of my son’s room. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again."

"Huge accomodation perfect for a family. Washing machine in the unite. Large sitting / communal space in the kitchen with gorgeous views over the river. 3 bathrooms! Very impressed with our stay here and would book with this company again. You do need a car to access downtown Revelstoke is all I would say. "
