"My daughter, grand child and myself arrived at the resort an hour and half early, check in was at 5pm. Our room was not ready but thats ok we were early. We decided to go to the beach, and tour the resort while we waited for our room. The beach access is not for anyone who is elderly or has mobility issues. It is a steep semi paved hill to access the beach.5 -10 min walk.
I thought when I had booked this resort it was easy beach access, this is not the case.

"I travel to Vancouver once a month and this was my second time choosing to stay at the PacRim. Jesse at the front desk made my check-in easy and pleasant. He accommodated my requests and followed up to ensure I had a great experience. Also, Travis and Patrick at valet go out of their way to greet guests with a smile.
The only disappointment is that all rooms are pet-friendly. Although, I love pets, I unfortunately have allergies. The room had some residual pet dander which caused my...
