"Der Aufenthalt war zufriedenstellend. Der Service könnte jedoch noch verbessert werden. 1. Die App während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht funktioniert. 2. Auf der Homepage wird mit mehreren Restaurants geworben. Zu unserem Zeitpunkt waren jedoch die wenigsten geöffnet, eine Information, dass diese nicht geöffnet sind haben wir nicht bekommen. Die Auswahl und das Angebot waren jedoch ein Entscheidungskriterium bei der Urlaubsbuchung. 3. Lt. Auskunft an der Rezeption gibt keine Buggy`s oder...

"Super fint hotel, rart personale i receptionen, men alle andre var forholdsvis dårlige til Engelsk. Værelserne var pæne og området er hyggeligt. Det eneste negative var at maden var lidt ensformig 😊 "

"The parking is a misrepresentation, it’s on the street and anyone could mess with your vehicle. Buffet dinner is mediocre, and the promise of a sandy beach is a downright lie. You walk a few blocks to the beach and it is municipal, no lounger or sunshade. You are not allowed to take the pool towels to the beach. The staff definitely need retraining, as they try to bully you around. Loads of hotels closer to beach ….Melia.."

"It has everything you need and more. Clean spacious rooms, lobby, restaurant and poolside areas. Indoor pool, gym, steam room and sauna are a bonus. Great service from all staff and especially from the animation team. Food was varied enough with some special themed nights. The drinks selection is good enough with plenty of self-serve options. The self-serve ice cream machine was great as well. Good-sized pools with separate areas for children. A 20-minute walk to Nesebar."

"Wir haben nach unserem späten Flug eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen und konnten sofort einchecken. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens Burgas. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und klimatisiert. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal durchweg freundlich. Klare Empfehlung!"

"Het hotel is gelegen in een gebied vol resorts. Wij hadden een kamer in het hotel gebouw. Kamer was groot en schoon. Personeel aan de balie was bij het inchecken niet vriendelijk en stug. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en goed. Het was elke keer wel druk bij het ontbijt. Minpunten: de 2e dag is onze kamer niet schoongemaakt en door de livemuziek is het niet prettig buiten zitten op het balkon omdat de muziek veel te hard staat. "
