The property was well-maintained, and the rooms were in good condition. Housekeeping services were reliable, with staff attending daily. The food at the main restaurant was satisfactory. In addition, the property features two specialty restaurants offering Bulgarian and Asian cuisine. These require advance reservations; however, when we attempted to book, no availability was offered until after our departure. It would be beneficial for guests to be informed of this requirement in advance, allowing reservations to be made prior to arrival. Beverages were readily available throughout the day, with a good variety on offer, although the quality of the coffee could be improved. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the main restaurant was well-managed, with team members efficiently maintaining cleanliness and order.

War gut, kommen dennoch nicht wieder.

Nach Neueröffnung ist das Hotel natürlich super sauber und alles ist top. Vielleicht wären wir auch nicht die richtigen Sonnenstrand Besucher, wer dennoch ein bisschen Ruhe haben möchte, sollte definitiv ein Pool View oder Sea View buchen. Wir haben ein Standard-Zimmer gebucht, dieses geht zur Straße raus und ich unfassbar laut. Nach kurzem Gespräch mit der Rezeption und Managerin konnten wir unser Zimmer umbuchen. Außerhalb der Peak-Season war es jetzt noch nicht überlaufen, die Anlage ist dennoch sehr klein und es könnte überfüllt wirken. Dass es für jedes Getränk Plastikbecher gibt finde ich schwierig, allgemein sind die Getränke (alkoholisch) im All-Inclusive mittelmäßig. Alle Restaurants sind gut, die Salatbar ist immer üppig gefüllt. Wer Fleisch isst, bekommt (leider) nur eine abwechslungsreiche Auswahl, wenn man Schweinefleisch isst. Wer kreativ wird, kann sich aus einzelnen gekochten Zutaten neue Gerichte zusammenstellen. Am Strand keine Hoteleigenen Strandliegen, diese müssen extern gebucht werden, für 15€ am Tag aber erschwinglich. Alles in allem ist das Hotel in Ordnung, man ist sehr nah am Puls vom Sonnenstrand und kann dennoch ein wenig zur Ruhe kommen.

Singurul minus care ii dau hotelului a fost apa rece din piscina . ( niste panouri solare pentru incalzirea apei ar fi bine venit ). In rest un hotel foarte bun. Curatenie , mancare foarte buna ( la orice ora gaseai ceva de mancat daca vreoiai ) , bauturi locale si nu numai , personal amabil ( la masa intradevar iti luau imediat farfuria din fata ce terminai de mancat , dar daca refuzai ti-l lasau ). Am vazut oameni care ieseau cu mancare din restaurant la piscina si nu li s-a atras atentia desi era un anunt afisat ca nu ai voie . Felicitari !

Localização excelente, mesmo em frente à praia e no centro de Sunny Beach. Para um hotel de 4 estrelas, é muito antiquado. Halls e quartos alcatifados. Ao tomar banho, devido à ausência de cortina ou vidro no polivan, a casa de banho fica alargada. Camas grandes e confortáveis. Empregadas de limpeza e animadores muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Maior parte dos empregados do restaurante principal não sabem falar inglês e são antipáticos. Minutos antes da hora do fecho dos restaurantes, os empregados já estão a retirar os alimentos, mesmo com os clientes a servirem-se. Pouca variedade de peixe, aliás, apenas um prato de peixe por refeição. Pequeno almoço com pão e croissants acabados de fazer. Ao solicitar o favor de me imprimir em os bilhetes de avião (que todos os hoteis até agora o fizeram por cortesia) foi-me exigido o pagamento de 0.5 lev por cada folha.

Die Anlage ist super schön. Gepflegt und sehr ansprechend. Das Personal freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Speisenangebot reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Animation nicht aufdringlich und wirklich sympathische Animateure. Das einzige minus, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts, wäre die "Technobeschallung" der nahe gelegenen Strandbar, die ohne Unterbrechung von mittags bis abends anhält.

Food good and room clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and it was handy for the bus station. Only complaint was staff cleared your table before you had finished at meal times and some days some foods were not available.

The only things I liked were that it gave me a roof over my head, the view was nice, and the breakfast was good. The things I didn’t like were the room I reserved wasn’t the room I got. The all inclusive was not so all inclusive (nothing in the mini fridge, no snack bar after 8:30, no waters in the rooms, very disgusting alcohol. I basically ate and drank out of the hotel the entire time. Completely a waste to stay at an all inclusive.
