"Very relaxing and peaceful"

"I would recommend avoiding this hotel. I had booked a hotel room and when I went to check in they found my name but there was a technical error that did not register my booking. At this point I was told that there hotel was full and I could not stay even though I showed my booking confirmation code and showed my identification. The reception staff apologised for this and stated thay there was nothing more that they could do. The staff helped direct me into the Gibraltar jurisdiction."

"Un desastre, no pienso volver nunca mas a alojarme en este lugar. El peor de los Meliá que he estado. Primero la piscina cierra a las 18hs. El Spa abre recién a las 12hs por lo que si vas una sola noche como fue mi caso a menos que vayas el mismo día del check in no hay manera de llegar, sin decirte que se pusieron a arreglar y limpiar el spa cuando estaba yo ahí. 0 relax! Después, mi madre siendo discapacitada no tenía nadie que la ayudara a entrar porque basicamente había una sola persona...

"The Room and hotel looks excellent, super comfortable bed, stunning bathroom facilities & waterfall shower (helpful bathroom necessities in the draws). Mini bar and the cutest surprise cheesecake in our room upon arrival! (It was Delicious!) The Property was very clean and beautifully styled. Views of the marina were gorgeous and lovely staff. 24hr gym, and roof top pool was lovely with towels ready on the shaded loungers. "Extremely disappointing experience. The noise levels from screaming children and drunk adults during the so called quiet hours were unbearable. The quiet hour rules are simply not enforced. Complained to the reception but they didn’t seem to care. No carts to move your bags from the parking area to our cabin which was a considerable walk. Lighting inside the cabin was poor.
