"Nos llevamos la mala experiencia que el check in era a las 3pm y nos hicieron esperar hasta casi las 5pm porque no estaban disponibles, y el personal se mostraba bastante estresado por la cantidad de personas con el mismo inconveniente y no fueron muy empaticos con los huéspedes. El hotel está un poco deteriorado, hay pasillos con alfombras en muy mal estado! El desayuno muy bueno y muy surtido "

We went to Nayara next and found monkeys were free there jumping from tree to tree. It also got very crowded during the day as they allow outside guests to the gardens. "La atención en la recepción deja mucho que desear, poco dispuesta y nada amable. El aire de la habitación se dañó a las 2 a.m., al momento de reportarlo nos dijeron que el técnico llegaría después de las 9 a.m., eran las 12 del mediodía y aún seguíamos esperando que lo arreglaran. El desayuno con opciones bien limitadas. El olor del lugar súper desagradable. La ubicación no es buena, para llegar a cualquier lugar decente debes manejar por lo menos unos minutos 15/20 minutos. NO LO RECOMIENDO...

"The bungalow were in was partially under a tree and ut rained constantly for 18 hours. The constant water falling off the tree onto the roof was so LOUD,it made it impossible to hear each other talk. Sleep was impossible!. We planned a 3 night stay, but had leave after the first night. The bungalow was poorly designed with very poor lighting."
