"El hotel muy limpio asi como la habitacion. La cama muy comoda. El baño amplio. Esta ubicado cerca del aeropuerto y a lado de un centro comercial. Me gustó mucho el servicio de shuttle al aeropuerto."

"The room was spacious and nice. We arrived late at night (10 pm ish) and had to call the hotel three times for the shuttle. The total wait time was almost an hour. Everytime we called we were told 10 minutes…. The breakfast was amazing and some of the best food I have ever had. The front desk seemed annoyed with any questions on both stays so we avoided them. "Everything was great overall! The only disappointment was with the spa. We were hoping to end our last two day with massages, but unfortunately the spa didn’t respond until the following day, so we weren’t able to schedule our appointments. Aside from that, our stay was wonderful. The home was beautiful, in a great location, and we truly enjoyed our time there."

"It is amazing how one bad ending can spoil an otherwise excellent stay. I was extremely happy with this hotel until the moment I checked out. Unfortunately, the front desk employee who assisted me was rude, aggressive, and dismissive, even though I remained polite throughout the interaction. That final experience completely changed my impression of the hotel. Because of the way I was treated, I will never return to this hotel in my lifetime."
