"We chose the hotel for it's convenient location in the city of Orotina , where we were visiting relatives . The staff was good , perhaps a little inattentive on check out. The reception office was closed and I had to look around for someone to return my key. Be advice there's is a very noisy soccer academy right next door . We were alocated on room 11 , close to the academy . It can be an issue if you are trying to rest early evening ."

"The restaurant was excellent morning, noon and night...but with the night eating it is only reservations ONLY at 6,7,8,9....but you cannot make them there at restaurant, juist at the front desk. I e-mailed them to make reservationes for that evening, and 5 days later still no response so I am very happy I made a special trip to front desk to get it taken care of. Food was great. Only problem for me was no ice machine in building #3 as I walked the floors one evening for 15 minutes and finally...

"This is an ALL INCLUSIVE resort. I've been to multiple all-inclusive resorts and this wasn't it! There was not a fridge or microwave in the rooms. The rooms are VERY outdated. Beds are hard as rocks. Food was less than desirable. Snack bar had old food sitting, bread was hard, not much variety. Booked for 3 nights, cancelled 2nd 2 nights and stayed elsewhere. Rolando at the front desk was awesome and very helpful! Save your money!"

"We have stayed here twice now and love it. Best place to watch the sunset!! The location is perfect for us as we like to stay a little away for the hustle and bustle of downtown Jaco. Uber is working great now and downtown is less than 5 minute ride when you want to go. The two pools are very nice and are located near the restaurant and beach. Staff at the Tiki Bar are awesome plus the food is amazing! Breakfast is included and does not disappoint! There are several other restaurants...
