"Die Ausstattung war ausreichend, aber für 5 Sterne nicht unbedingt umwerfend. Die Zimmergröße war (selbst für diese Kategorie) mittelmäßig und nicht adequat der Darstellung. Personal war sehr nett und entgegenkommend, aber nicht zuvorkommend. Frühstück war für 5 Sterne nicht angemessen finde ich. Die Auswahl, Qualität und Geschmack war nicht besonders. Alles in allem für diesen Preis leider keine Empfehlung. "

"Hotel hermoso !!! El Único problema es que nos tocó una habitación que teníamos que subir escaleras y traíamos maletas pesadas , otra cosa la tina de baño no tenía regadera era complicado bañarse Pero el Hotel físicamente es muy bonito y muy bien ubicado"

"Breakfast very disappointing - standard buffet stuff, with miniature croissants, tiny cakes etc. cooked breakfast stuff looked cheap and poor quality - I avoided it. Also room was right by the lift and stairs and was very noisy. You could hear everyone coming and going"

"There is no parking at this hotel. The parking is at their sister hotel and is horrendous to get to through the extremely tight streets. It's only slightly dearer to park in the public parking at P3 which is probably a cheaper option. It's a listed building so no air conditioning or elevator. Same fruit put out at breakfast without replenishment for a number of days. Good location but wouldn't stay again "

"Es war großartig, das Haus ( Nr.18) gut ausgestattet, leicht abgewohnt aber deshalb fühlte es sich gemütlich an und nicht steril und fremd. Es gab 4 moderne Schlafzimmer, 2 Toiletten und 2 Bäder, eins mit Wanne und eins mit Dusche und Sauna. Großzügiger Wohn-Eßbereich. Unsere Katze dürften wir mitbringen. Wir waren fast direkt am Ufer, von Terrasse konnten wir Sonnenauf- und untergang genießen. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, da Auto defekt war. Der nächste Ort Frymburk zum...
